Introduction

From October 9 through October 16, 2026, Catalyst added more copy trading options, clearer cash-outs, and more detail on trades and holdings. Hyperliquid traders are now available to copy, and a Polymarket portfolio can be copied by giving Chat a username. Cash-out modals show an estimated Cash payout before confirmation, and a cash-out can start directly from Strategy Holdings. Trade history now explains why a trade happened, principal invested shows how much went into each position, and Holding value is the default portfolio view. The sections below go through each update, with the larger changes first and the smaller fixes at the end.

Copy Hyperliquid traders

Copy a Hyperliquid trader's positions with a copy Strategy, using the same balance as Polymarket copy trading.

Ask Chat to set up a copy Strategy for the trader you want to follow. Review it to understand what you’re authorizing.

The Strategy runs only after you approve it.

Copy Polymarket portfolios by username

Give Chat a Polymarket username or profile, and it finds the wallet for you.

The copy Strategy uses your Cash and holdings to match the trader’s portfolio proportions. If a position accounts for 20% of their portfolio, the Strategy targets 20% of yours, scaled to your balance.

If your portfolio already matches, no orders are placed.

See estimated Cash before cashing out

See your estimated Cash payout as soon as you open any cash-out modal. An estimate now replaces “Calculated at execution,” so you can review it before confirming.

This applies to single holdings and multiple holdings across supported assets and venues. The estimate is an expected payout, not a guaranteed final amount.

Cash out from Strategy Holdings

Select the holdings you want to cash out in Strategy Holdings, then start the cash-out from your selection.

The modal closes automatically after a successful cash-out, giving you a clear signal that the action is complete.

Understand why a trade happened

See why a Strategy action fired with explanations in history and Chat. The decision behind a trade sits alongside its execution.

Each trade shows the Strategy that owns it and where its funds came from, so tracking trades across multiple Strategies is easier.

Holding value is the default portfolio view

Portfolio cards now show Holding value by default, calculated from saved quantities and valuations for each exact position.

Hover over the value to see its observation time. Market price remains available in a separate view.

See principal invested per position

Principal invested shows the capital committed to each position without adding up a list of trades. Compared with Holding value, it shows what went in and what the position is worth.

Read Polymarket Trades as a trade list

Inspect a trader’s individual Polymarket trades in a list, newest first. This view replaces the price line so you can read recent activity trade by trade.

Each trade shows the side, outcome, market, price, and USD size. Buys appear in green and sells in red.

Smaller updates

  • Strategy page: The expanded side chat gives you more room to discuss your Strategy while its details stay in view.
  • Chat choices: Clarification prompts now show typed choices instead of plain text. Choose a valid Polymarket selection, and Chat prepares a Quick Trade without extra steps.
  • Polymarket search: Search now handles time-window markets. Enter a phrase such as “btc 15 minutes” to find the market you want.
